Application Submission
Once you submit your application, we will schedule a Zoom onboarding call with a member of our team to answer any questions you may have about working with our practice.
We are currently booking new patient visits in 2 months
Initial Visit (In-Person Required)
Location: Our office in St. Louis, Missouri
What to expect:
– 1 hour consultation with Dr. Twyman
– Comprehensive non-invasive arterial testing
– Advanced laboratory testing drawn at our in office lab facility
Initial visit will require approximately 2.5-3 hours at our office
Follow-Up Visit
Your 1 hour results review appointment can be conducted either:
– In-person at our office
– Telemedicine via Zoom
Advanced Vascular Imaging (If Recommended)
We may recommend one or more of the following, which will be arranged at a nearby imaging center:
– CT Coronary Calcium Scan
– Cleerly CT Coronary Angiogram
– Echocardiogram
You will pay the imaging facilities directly for any fees involved for the imaging
Patient Eligibility
Please be advised that our practice does not accept insurance and does not participate with Medicare.
We are not currently accepting patients whose primary concern is a heart arrhythmia. However, we will consider applications from patients whose arrythmias are stable and well-controlled if they have other non-arrythmia related cardiovascular concerns.
